I was approach for a new career opportunity. Job description sound good (very good to be frank), salary wise not much of increment but it’s 20% more of my current pay, other package (contractual bonus, etc benefit) would the same as my current company.
I was so excited when they offered me until they told me that I need to be relocate. They are offering me relocation fees package. Hubby don’t really fancy the idea of relocate … I already said NO but they are asking me to reconsider and they gonna offer a better package.
are you sure my dear…relocate…

its not easy to leave a family behind esp a lady. i have been experiencing that since 2004

Yeah .. sometime sacrifice family for career is not the best option
