Mid Year Appraisal
Today I had my mid year appraisal with my boss. Guess what? I’m doing OK. I need to get 4 products certification by December. I was asked to list down the exam that I’m interested. I simply said :
- IBM Tivoli Netcool (Omnibus)
- IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for WebSphere
- IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-business
- IBM Tivoli Netcool (Impact)
I doubt I can pass easily on the certification exam but by hook or by crook I need to get it or my appraisal won’t be as good as last year. Let hope I can attend Tivoli Technical Workshop in Manila this coming October.

Eh.. u should know ar.. no such thing as free travel.. nanti balik, ha.. tiba tiba jadi trainer… it happen in Sydney..so dont pray pray…
