Smile is like a secret love note

I never wish any ill or bad things to happen to anyone no matter how mad I am toward him/her.  Well, there a colleague of mine. Since the first year I joined my current company I’ve been cleaning his sh*ts … The first year I joined he took my training spot in Jakarta. He escalates me for not showing up at 7:30am at customer place when I left the customer place at 5:30am!! Luckily my manager understand the situation and knows that he can be there at 7:30am because he left at 5:00pm .Up till now I always need to go in after he screwed up big time. I did raise my concern but it seem like he always got away…

I heard rumors that this time around it gonna be different this time. It seem like his performances has been raised as concern among manager and PM. Please don’t get me wrong. I don’t have anything against him it just that I’m tired of cleaning other peoples shi*ts … It’s really depressing to go in when customers are already in bad mood. It hard to win their heart back… and it even harder when they got problems they request for you and your manager see you as superman/superwoman that can be thrown to any CRISIT to save the day.

It really seem unfair when he got to attend all the trainings and yet not performing any real work while I’ll be running around cleaning sh*ts and dump with all the unrelated works.

Someone told me that starting next year I don’t need to cleans his sh*ts anymore.  Do I feel happy about it? HELL NO!!  I hope they don’t sack him. A PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) would be nice. After all their always some other peoples sh*ts that need to clean!

Somehow we always say the least

We were walking back from from lunch while eating McDonald ice cream. Suddenly …

Colleague : How much do you love me?
Me : (frowning) I don’t love you! I want to kill you
Colleague : What if you hubby asked you the question? How would you answer his question?
Me : Err I don’t hahaha Come one my hubby is not that kind of person, but I did asked the question him before.
Colleague : Then how did he answered it?
Me : Why do you want to know?
Colleague : Just for fun …
In my mind ( hmmm may be his wife asked him this question and he don’t know how to answered it)
Me : He said he loved me a lot and more than anything
Colleague : Do you know how my 6 years old son answered this question?
Me : Ok… How
Colleague : He said 24 hours a day
Me : How come my hubby never gave me that answered?

I was approach for a new career opportunity. Job description sound good (very good to be frank), salary wise not much of increment but it’s 20% more of my current pay, other package (contractual bonus, etc benefit) would the same as my current company.

I was so excited when they offered me until they told me that I need to be relocate. They are offering me relocation fees package. Hubby don’t really fancy the idea of relocate … I already said NO but they are asking me to reconsider and they gonna offer a better package.
